The purpose of the Website is to provide information about the products, services and activities of MELCHIONI CAR SYSTEM, S.R.L. (hereinafter, MCS) and, where appropriate, to allow the management of requests, queries, quotes and/or legitimate commercial communications.

The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, and this Legal Notice. Any unlawful or fraudulent use, or use that infringes upon the rights or interests of MCS or third parties, is prohibited, as is any behavior that may damage, disable, overload, or impair the Website.

4.1. Responsibility for the use of the Website

5. Product adaptability and use of third-party brands

The products sold by MCS are not original parts, but they are fully compatible and adaptable to the vehicles for which they have been designed.

The trademarks, references, and manufacturer names mentioned on the Website are used solely for identification purposes, to indicate product correspondence. These trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

6. Third-party designs. Repair clause

The products presented or marketed may incorporate designs protected by Community or national design registrations, owned by their registered holders. Their sole purpose is to allow the repair of the vehicle and the restoration of its original appearance, in accordance with Article 110 of Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 on Community designs.

Any use other than the repair or restoration of the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Customers and distributors must clearly communicate these limitations and specifications in their respective markets. MCS is not liable for claims arising from failure to comply with this obligation.

7. Marketing restrictions in certain territories

Replacement parts of equivalent quality to OE intended for Citroën, Peugeot, Renault and Dacia vehicles, visible during normal use of the vehicle, produced and distributed by MCS, may not be marketed by the customer in France or in those countries where French regulations on industrial and intellectual property prohibit such distribution are in force.

8. Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data collected through the Website will be governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy, accessible at all times from the Website, prepared in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.
