FULLFILLMENT PLACE:

The fulfillment of this contract and payment of the price, are understood executed in Milan at the address of MELCHIONI CAR SYSTEM SRL. The drafts, receipts or any other document in relation to the invoice, can be created with domicile in another place to facilitate the realization of the obligations, but they will not mean an alteration of the place agreed for the fulfillment.

LIABILITIES:

We decline any liability related to damages involving the goods usage.

QUANTITIES ESTABLISHMENT:

Will be governed only by those registered at the time of departure of the merchandise from our warehouses making the operation available to the buyer of the merchandise.

TRANSPORT COSTS:

Orders will be sent according to conditions agreed with the client.

PACKAGING COSTS:

EXPRESS ORDERS:

Express orders would be made available to the carrier the same day it is requested by the customer when placing the order before 6:00 p.m.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

The return of material in good condition or correct use will not be accepted, since the purchases are made in firm and as such should be understood. When there is a Non-Conformity or Complaint by the client, procedure will be :

1) Communicate it to the central offices of MELCHIONI CAR SYSTEM SRL. Well by phone, fax or e-mail.

2) Indicate the delivery note number, the product code to be returned, the quantity and the reason for the return.

After 15 days, return of merchandise will not be accepted. Accepted returns will be depreciated by 30%, in concept of handling costs.

The return of material must be made by the same means of transport for which it was sent.

NOTE: Discontinued item numbers can not be included in any refund.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE GENERAL CONDITIONS :

It is assumed that regular customers know and are satisfied with the general conditions. It also assumes full compliance by the buyer who does not expressly express their disagreement by mail of the order confirmation. In any case, acceptance of the merchandise implies full conformity of the buyer with these general conditions of sale and the special conditions of each operation.

JUDICIAL COMPETENCE:

In case of divergence, competent jurisdiction are Courts and Tribunals of Milan, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, even in the case of effects with payment domiciled in another population.

PENDING ORDERS:

All back orders will be void after 30d.
